Trash Talk is a decentralized messaging platform built on the Gorbagana blockchain. Messages posted on Trash Talk are stored on-chain and are permanent. The platform enables users to post text and image content, interact through replies, reposts, and likes, and participate in communities.

The following content is prohibited on Trash Talk:

• Pornography or sexually explicit content
• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Doxxing or sharing others' personal information without consent
• Threats of violence or incitement to harm
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent schemes
• Impersonation of other users or public figures
• Malware, phishing links, or other malicious content

All messages posted on Trash Talk are recorded on the Gorbagana blockchain. Once submitted, content cannot be edited or deleted. You are solely responsible for the content you post. Consider your words carefully before posting, as they will remain on-chain permanently.

Posting on Trash Talk requires payment in $GOR tokens. All fees paid are non-refundable. Transactions on the Gorbagana blockchain are final and cannot be reversed. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.

Trash Talk reserves the right to restrict platform access for accounts that violate these terms. Restrictions may include hiding content from the platform interface. Note that on-chain data remains accessible regardless of any platform-level restrictions.

Trash Talk is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The platform does not provide financial advice. $GOR tokens and any associated transactions are not investment instruments. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of tokens, wallet compromise, or reliance on content posted by other users.
